When she arrives on Dandan, she discovers that her cousin is in debt and has transferred half of the beach and hotel to Mamcha, who initially wants to sell the beach to pay off the debt, but Mamcha refuses the offer because he grew up here and has a deep affection for the beach. As time passes, a bond develops between Summer and Mamcha, and Summer comes to understand and respect Mamcha’s love for the land. The film also incorporates elements of friendship and betrayal, adding complexity and depth to the story.
The performance of the film’s actors was also well received by the audience. The performances of Sammi Cheng and Miriam Yeung were considered to have depth and resonate with the audience.
