Some people say that the person who really got rid of the “three evils” in this film is Zhang Guiqing, a female doctor, who weaved a lie to give Chen Guilin the idea of turning himself in, and she also provided Chen Guilin with clues that allowed him to find the top two on the most wanted list.
Zhang Guiqing did pay for Chen Guilin’s elimination of the top two on the most wanted list.
